DESCRIPTION
Cornerstone collaborated with several architects over the years for new construction and precision renovations of existing facilities on the PAMC campus, including the North Tower project for a 156,000 SF, 4-story medical building inclusive of a new emergency room, medical laboratory, pharmacy, and neonatal intensive care unit. This project was among the first in the state to follow the CM/GC project delivery method.
Cornerstone has also completed many precision renovations and expansions at Providence. Our experience includes successful projects in the Sleep Disorder Laboratory, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Heart Institute, Dialysis, Imaging Center, Neurology, MRI, multiple physicians’ offices, and the Children’s Hospital.
