DESCRIPTION
Cornerstone collaborated with RIM Design for the completion of APU’s newest residential facility, Segelhorst Hall, which opened for residents in 2007. The facility was designed to expand housing options available for upper-class and graduate students. Each hall consisted of six fully furnished apartments, each with four private bedrooms, common living area, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The $2.2 million project was made possible by a generous contribution from Knobby and Mary Ellen Segelhorst, for whom the building is named, and by the Rasmuson Foundation.
