DESCRIPTION
Cornerstone collaborated with Gary Peterson & Associates for this newly constructed two-story slab on grade, wood frame senior residence. The building serves as an independent living facility for senior citizens and/or frail elderly. The building features multiple common areas, a landscaped courtyard, high quality finishes, internal telecom system, and an elevator for ease of resident access.
The project was fast-tracked for construction to meet funding schedules and was built concurrently with Connolly Square (another residential project for the same client) without interruption during Anchorage’s snowiest winter on record.
