DESCRIPTION

Cornerstone provided construction services to build a small facility and perform site work for Interior Gas Utility. The project consisted of providing a liquid natural gas (LNG) truck off-loading facility, spill impoundments, containment and foundations for two 75,00-gallon bullet tanks. The scope of work also included a gas production module and a 1,840 SF administration and storage building. Site work, security fencing, lighting and security cameras were also installed. The project required transporting, receiving, and installing owner furnished equipment to be integrated into the facility. Given it’s remote location in North Pole, Alaska, our crews remained on site until final completion and commissioning.
