Cornerstone is currently leading a Design-Build team in renovating and expanding the Abused Women In Aid (AWAIC) shelter. The renovated facility will feature an additional 7,000 SF of space for donation processing, meeting areas, workshops; 15 additional beds; 6 new program offices; 3 new bedrooms; and 3 new intake rooms.

Cornerstone and CITC successfully negotiated Phase 1 of the CITC Headquarters Renovation as a continuation of the work performed on their Annex Building. Phase 1 consisted of a 4,200 SF renovation to the Child & Family Services area on 1st Floor. This area required removal of nearly all existing finishes including walls, ceilings, and flooring.

Cornerstone helped Northrim Bank create a more inviting and updated space in the Huffman Carrs-Safeway Building by renovating their branch office. Construction consisted of demolishing the existing tenant space in the occupied grocery store and building a new financial office space.
