DESCRIPTION
Medline Industries, Inc. is a global manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies and has been serving Alaska for years. Over the years, they have outgrown their 30,000 SF warehouse and were thrilled to build a new facility on King Street to fit their needs.
The New Medline Anchorage Warehouse is a 150,000 SF warehouse with 32 bays to accommodate the growing demands of medical supplies in South Central Alaska, Interior Alaska, and Kenai Peninsula. Cornerstone lead this Design-Build project with local strategic partners. The warehouse was completed two months early despite construction during the 2019 Alaska Wildfires and the 2020 Global COVID Pandemic.
