Cornerstone Wins Top AGC Awards

Cornerstone received top honors at the Parker, Smith and Feek sponsored Excellence in Construction Awards hosted by the Associated General Contractors of Alaska, the state’s largest construction organization, at their annual convention at the Dena’ina Center in downtown Anchorage.

The UAA Alaska Airlines Center won the buildings valued at more than $15 million category, and the AVTEC Dormitory Replacement won the buildings valued between $5M and $15 million.

Steve Rowe, Cornerstone’s Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, received the individual Excellence in Safety Award sponsored by Wells Fargo. Rowe manages HS&E planning and implementation on all Cornerstone projects.
