Girl Scout Camp Nearing Completion

Cornerstone is nearing completion of the new and improved Camp Singing Hills, a Girl Scouts of Alaska day camp on 40 acres at Edmonds Lake in Chugiak. The project includes several notable components such as a community of yurts, a 700 SF shower house, new septic system, well house, ADA trail system, and a 50 foot dock and boat storage area.

Dominating the ridgeline is a new 6,000 square foot lodge (seen in photo) overlooking the lake, which features a commercial kitchen, 1,300 SF deck, and a priceless view of the surrounding mountains. This Design/Build project was achieved in collaboration with RIM First People.
